- We share your pickup details with your driver and use a few Google services to run this website.
- We don't sell your information, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
When you book a transfer
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, pickup date and time, flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and bags, and any comments you add.
When you ask for a quote
The quote form on our Contact page asks for your name, email, WhatsApp number if you want to add it, type of trip, date, number of passengers and your message.
When you write to us
Whatever you send us by WhatsApp or email, such as trip details or questions.
When you pay
You enter your card details on Wompi's payment page, not on our website. Wompi tells us whether the payment went through, the amount and the order number. We don't receive your full card number.
When you browse the website
Google Analytics records how the website is used: pages visited, type of device and browser, approximate location based on your IP address, and clicks on buttons such as Book Now, WhatsApp or phone. Our server and security tools also log IP addresses to protect the site.
3. How we use it
- To arrange and carry out your transfer, including tracking your flight and meeting you at the airport.
- To send your booking confirmation and contact you about your ride by email or WhatsApp.
- To answer quote requests and questions.
- To take payments and issue refunds.
- To keep the records we need for accounting and legal obligations.
- To protect the website and our forms from spam and fraud.
- To see, in total numbers, which pages and buttons help visitors book, so we can improve the website.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Quote requests and messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. Google keeps Analytics data according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.
7. How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your booking details are seen only by us and by the driver assigned to your ride, and your card details stay with Wompi.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Write to info@elsalvadortransportation.com and tell us which booking or message it relates to.
If you don't want Google Analytics to record your visits, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
9. Children
Our website is meant for adults. Bookings must be made by an adult, who can include children in the passenger count. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
